 Exploring company name options and brand identity foundations
 Identifying the need your product/service fulfills
 Understanding where to source/buy your product or how to structure your service
delivery

 Outlining how to sell it (direct to client, online, wholesale, etc.)
 Drafting your mission statement (your “why”)
 Drafting your vision statement (your “where you’re going”)
 Mapping short-term vs. long-term goals

Time Breakdown :

 0–30 min: Idea Storm & Sorting – organize all your scattered thoughts into structured business ideas.
 30–40 min: Defining Your Offer – clarify features, benefits, and the exact problem your product/service solves.
 40–70 min: Brand Identity Seeds – brainstorm potential company names, draft mission
& vision, and discuss positioning.
 70–90 min: Practical Structure – map how you’ll sell, source, or deliver your offer and
