All makeup services must be booked in advance by completing the official service form with accurate and complete information. This includes location, number of clients, schedule, and any specific requirements related to the service.

A confirmed booking requires approval from our team and may be subject to availability. In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure the date and time.

All services are provided on-location unless otherwise specified. The client is responsible for providing the correct address, access details, and a suitable working environment for the artist (adequate lighting, space, and basic setup).

Timing is essential. The client must clearly specify the required ready time, as well as the number of individuals to be serviced, in order to ensure proper scheduling and execution. Delays not caused by our team may affect the quality or completion of the service.

Any changes to the booking (location, time, number of clients, or service details) must be communicated in advance and are subject to approval. Last-minute changes may incur additional fees or may not be accommodated.

Travel fees may apply depending on the location. Additional charges may also apply for early call times, extended hours, or large group services.
